American citizen, Egyptian Ancestry, Ottoman heart and soul

A family oriented man,in search of love, companionship, friendship, and even more serious minded commitment with an educated English speaking Turkish woman, I have visited Turkey (Istanbul) many times, and fell in love with that great city, country and people. Dream come true, is to meet a beautiful, English speaking lady, and settling in Turkey is very likely.. I currently live in NY city area, USA. But I don't imagine living here to the end of times.... I am bilingual English /Arabic speaker, well traveled and mostly seeking to fill a void in my life by meeting a special like minded woman... Will she be in Turkey?. Or next door?
